THE PROCESS

How you envision the area


To embark on our organising journey, we first delve into your vision for the room or area. This step

involves understanding your desired aesthetics, functionality, and alignment with your lifestyle. 

In this phase, we explore ideas and come up with creative solutions to make your vision a reality.

If necessary, we identify any essential elements like storage solutions that might be needed to

optimise the space. Our goal is to ensure that your vision is achieved, improves the overall look of

the area, and guarantees its practicality for your life.

Decluttering


Items are categorised into 4 groups, keeping in mind the vision for the space.


  1. Keep: Items that perfectly align with the vision for the space, fitting its purpose seamlessly.
  2. Donate: Items that are in good condition but have outlived their usefulness or no longer serve a purpose.
  3. Dispose: Items that are no longer functional, in a state of disrepair, or have reached their expiration date, needing to be removed.
  4. Reallocate: Items that may not currently fit the space but could be put to good use in other areas of your home, maximising their utility

Organising


Once we've identified the items in the "keep" category, our next step involves organising the space.

This process may include arranging furniture, incorporating storage solutions, and placing belongings

that complement your vision, all while optimising space and functionality. As per the recommendations

from our consultation, we may also consider different storage options available for purchase at an extra cost.

End goal


Finally, we work with you to establish ways to maintain your new organised space. We want the area to

stay decluttered and functional, so we help you create a schedule, set up storage solutions and implement

habits to prevent it from turning back into chaos. We love seeing our clients grow and be able to take the

skills they've learnt from us and apply them to their lifestyles.
